Jannatul Firdous Akbar graduated from North South University's Department of Economics in 2011 and interned at UPS to gain as much experience as possible before joining Freight Express Limited to start her own company to improve administration, communication, and operations. She is also a member of BAFFA and a member of the BAFFA Training and HR Sub - Committee.

Starting as an assistant, Shahid Ullah has been with us since 2001 and has taken over the executive duties of documentation of all types, following up with all related parties and constantly communicating with everyone linked to the shipments, so as to maintain a steady flow of information and data and ensure that all shipments are handled smoothly.
